A person feels tired from doing too much work. He begins to get headaches and procrastinate much more often, keeping him behind in class. This causes a guilty stress. What can he do?

He should manage his work according and not over do it . As said health always comes first, he should also focus on his health , get enough rest and sleep which is very essential for the body. He should first get proper sleep then try to do his work. If he is a student, it would be very difficult if he misses classes due to it. He should keep the work aside , be mentally and physically fit and should not take gulit stress which will make him more tired.

I advice him to first leave all the stress and go outside, get fresh air, involve in some activities. Then be fit, so

he doesn't miss anymore classes and be behind. Visit a doctor if anything is serious.
