Given:-

•A person goes 4/5 of his usual speed reaches 10 min late to his destination.

To Find:-

•Time taken to complete total distance

Solution:-

Let consider speed be s and time be t in whole journey.

Using Formula:

 \:  \:  \sf \: speed  =  \frac{distance}{time}

as we know in both cases distance is same

 \:  \:  \sf \: s1.t1 = s2.t2

Now substitute the values,

 \:  \:  \sf \: s.t = ( \frac{4s}{5} ).(t + 10) \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \: time = 40 min

But we are said to find total time taken = 40 + 10 = 50 min
