Average speed = Total distance/Total time

A.S. = (180+90)/(30+45)

A.s = 270/75

A.S, = 3.6 m/s is average speed

Average Velocity = Displacement/Total Time

Displacement is the shortest distance from the Intial point , so Displacement = 180-90 = 90

Therefore A.V = 90/75

A.V = 1.2 m/s is Average velocity
