A person got his eyed tested by an optician. The prescription for the spectacles lenses to be made read. Left eye=+2.5D, Right eye= +2D. (a) state whether these lenses are thicket in the middle or at the edges? (b) which lens bends the light rays more strongly (c) State whether these spectacles lenses will converge light rays as diverge light rays​

a) thickest at the middle.

b) lens having +2.5D

c) these spectacles lenses will converge light rays

a:) these are convex lens which are thicket on center.

b:)the lens with more power should bends light ray more. so the lens of more power i.e. lens of +2.5 has more power.

c:) these are convex lens so they are conversing lens.(if power of lens is +ve then lens is convex , and if power is -ve then it is concave lens)
