But if he/she removes the gallbladder the bile produced from the liver will not be stored. So the most common side affect of removal of gallbladder is diarrhea,He/she has to refrain from eatting fatty foods and fast foods, because the digestive system cannot break down the fat which is bieng produced. Example of fatty foods: Fast food,and meat with excessive fat (finishing pigs and etc).
