Total umber of coins = 4.

We can select one or more coins at a time.

(1) Probability of selecting 1 coin out of 4 = 4C1 = 4

(2) Probability of selecting 2 coin out of 4 = 4C2 = 6

(3) Probability of selecting 3 coin out of 4 = 4C3 = 4

(4) Probability of selecting 4 coin out of 4 = 4C4 = 1

Total number of different sum of money = 4 + 6 + 4 + 1 = 15
