A person has planning to construct a small house as in the adjoining figure with three rectangular rooms. The three rooms have different length but same breadth. The area of first, second and third rooms of a house are x4+x2+169, x3 + x (x+1) + 4x2 and 3x (x+ 5) +39 respectively. Find the breadth of rooms. Also find their lengths.(with process)​
