A PERSON HAS SOUR TASTE IN MOUTH AND HEART BURN. WHAT IS HE SUFFERING FROM? WHY DOES IT HAPPEN? WHAT SUBSTANCE IS USED AS A REMEDY?

He is suffering from Acidity,it happens due to realese of excessive HCl acid.
Antacids/NaHCO3/Milk of magnesia should be used as remedy as they are bases and they neutralizes acids.
