45min time - 6km dist.
2/3 of time - 1/2 dist.=30min - 3km dist.
rest time=(45-30)=15min and rest dist=(6-3)=3km
so 15 min - 3km
1 min - 3/15
60min - 3/15)*60
=12km/hr. ans.

Distance=6km
Time=45min
A.T.Q
He cover half in 2/3 of total time
So half of distance covered =6/2=3km
Remain=6-3=3km
2/3 time taken =2/3*45=30
Remains =45-30=15min
Now we change 15 into hour
15/60=1/4
S=D/T
3÷1/4=12km/h
