the bus posseses inertia of motion and if a person gets down of a moving bus his lower body will possess inertia of rest upper body will possess inertia of motion so he will fall
and if he runs in opposit direction his body will fall due to the change in inertia of direction so to avoid falling he has to run in the same direction to bus so that the body retain rest slowly
