- Speed of sound in air ,s = 330m/s
To Find:-
- Distance between person & hill.
Solution:-
As we know that the sound that is heard after the first sound due to reflection of sound at a surface is called echo.
• Distance = speed×time/2
Substitute the value we get
→ d = S×t/2
→ d = 330×2/2
→ d = 660/2
→ d = 330m
∴ The distance between the person and the hill is 330 metre.
