As we know that the acceleration due to gravity is 9.8m/s².

Firstly we calculate the Force

• F = m×a

Substitute the value we get

→ F = 30×9.8

→ F = 3×98

→ F = 294 N

Now we know that Work done is the product of mass and displacement.

• W = F×s

Substitute the value we get

→ W = 294×50

→ W = 14700 J

Therefore, the work done is 14700 Joules.
