every day you will climb 4m- 3m = 1m
he will take 29 days to come out of the well because the last day if he will come out of the well then how can it fell down again.

in 26 days he will climb 26 metre
now next day means on 27 day he will climb 4 more
so on 27 he will climb 26+4 = 30
which means he is out of well
