IT'S ONLY BECAUSE OF LIGHT,OUTSIDE THE ROOM THERE IS A LIGHT AND BY REFLECTION WE CAN SEE OUTSIDE CLEARLY.
AS FROM DARK ROOM.BUT IN THE DARK THERE IS NO SOURCE OF LIGHT AND NO REFLECTION,SO FROM OUTSIDE WE CAN NOT SEE IN THE ROOM.

ShivajiLeo:
The person in the is able to see, the person outside due to reflection of light. Whereas the person outside, cannot see the person inside, since there is no source of light inside. That's it. If you like this mark this as brainliest.

Simple -- The person outside is illuminated by sunlight, the person in the dark room is not. Light must bounce off something for it to be seen.
