First find acceleration.
v^2 - u^2 = 2aS
=> 0.413^2 - 0 = 2a*0.313
=> a = (0.413*0.413)/(2*0.313) = 0.27 m/s^2
Then find net force.
F = ma
=> F = 72.1 * 0.27 = 19.64 N
