Answer:

speed will be 2v

Explanation:

When person travelling in a circular motion

then

assume that their anugular velocity will constant

V=rw

V = velocity

r =  radius

w = angular velocity

now w is constant

\frac{v_{1} }{r_{1} } = \frac{v_{2} }{r_{2} }

v/t = x/2t

x = 2v

Given :   A person is running on a horizontal circular path of radius R in the first round

he went with the speed V and takes time T

it takes time 2T covering the same track in second  round

To Find : its speed in 2nd round

and average speed in both rounds together

Solution:

Distance = Speed *  Time

=> Distance  = 2πR

Time =  T

Speed = V

V * T  =  2πR

=> V = 2πR/T

in second Round  time is 2T

=> V'  = 2πR/2T

=>  V'  = (1/2)(2πR/T)

=> V' =  (1/2)V

=> V' = V/2

Speed in Second round  = V/2

Total Distance in both rounds = 2 * 2πR

Total Time = T + 2T  = 3T

Average speed in  both rounds together  =   2 * 2πR / 3T

= (2/3) (2πR/T)

= (2/3)V

= 2V/3
