Sure, although that wouldn't be the best way.I'd take off a shoe and throw it in the opposite direction from where I want to travel. The "recoil" would propel me toward the lake edge and because the lake is frictionless I would get there eventually. Probably a lot faster than trying to use air as the mass I interact with.
