These symptoms predict that the disease is Malaria which is a blood disease caused by a parasite i.e. Plasmodium which is transmitted by the bite of Anopheles mosquito. The bite of the infected mosquito transmits the parasite in your bloodstream. The parasite once entered the body travels to liver to get mature then after some days the mature parasite enters your blood stream to infect RBCs. It multiplies inside the RBCs causing them to burst open resulting in the above mentioned symptoms that occur in cycles.
