Question

A person is walking in a positive X direction on RoadSide. He saw the Bus coming in his back which he wants to get in. The bus is far away from him. He must catch the bus. But as soon As he saw the bus he starts running very fast in the same direction he was walking (i.e. Positive X Direction)
Why??
