there is something called the Rh factor which you need to know about
if the recipent in Rh positive then both Rh types of O blood from the donor is suitable.
However if the recipent is Rh negative then you can give Rh positive blood only for the first blood transfusion. It will highly recommended to give Rh negative blood to an Rh negative person.
