Time=1.2 seconds

Speed=332

Distance=?

• S×t/2

=332×1.2/2

=166×1.2

=198.2m

Answer:

assuming the person is in same position, and the time for sound to hit and come back to the person is same,

t1=t2

t1=t2

2t1=1.2s

t1=0.6s

speed=330m/s

speed=distance/time

330m/s=d/0.6s

(330m/s)*(0.6s)=d

330*10/6=d metres

55*10 m or 550 metres is the distance between the person from the sound reflector.
