a person moves a distance 1.2 km towards east, then 2km towards north, and 1.8km towards east. find the distance and displacement covered by a person... pls answer fast..

HERE S UR ANSWER _-__-_--__---__--__.....

Distance covered = 1.2 + 2 + 1.8 = 5 km.
Displacement = 0.6
