Given :  A person needed 500rs, he lends 250 rs from one friend and 250 rs from another friend and buys a mobile phone worth Rs 450. He gave 30rs to this third friend, now he's having 20rs. He gives these 20 rs to those two friends whom he lended 500 rs, the loan remaining is 240 rs to each two friends. Now 240+240+30=510

To find : How is that possible

Solution:

lends 250 rs from one friend and 250 rs from another friend

Total Debt  = 250 + 250  =  500

Returned Rs 20   , Rs 10 to each

Remaining Debt = 240 + 240 = Rs 480

He bought Mobile Rs 450

Credit = 450

He Gave Rs 30 to hid friend

Credit = 30

Total Credit = 450 + 30  = Rs 480

Total Debt = Total Credit  = 480

240+240+30=510  Does not make any sense

240 , 240 he has to pay back while Rs 30 he has to  get

Hence Rs 30 will be subtracted  rather than added

240 + 240  - 30 = Rs 450

450 is the price of mobile he bought
