Answer: Magnitude of acceleration= -3.33 m/s

Explanation:

Acceleration= Final velocity- Initial velocity / time taken

a= v-u/t

a= 20-30/3

a= -10/3= -3.33 m/s

Given,

Initial speed of the motor bike=30m/s

Final speed of the motor bike=20m/s

Time taken=3s

To Find,

Acceleration of motor bike.

Solution,

We have to find the acceleration of the motor bike.

So, for acceleration we have the formula,

Acceleration= Final velocity- Initial velocity / time taken

a=v-u/t

a= 20-30/3

a= -10/3= -3.33 m/s²

Hence, the magnitude of acceleration motor bike is 3.33m/s².
