yes it's possible but only when their is no net force which means the sum of all the forces acting over an object should be zero

Yes, I agree with Soni . This is because acceleration in an object could be zero even when several forces are acting on it if the resultant force( F) is zero. ... Now , when force, F= 0, then acceleration(a) has to be zero because mass (m) cannot be zero.
