loss %=[(cp-sp)/cp]*100

10=[(500-sp)/500]*100

10=[500-sp]/500*100

10=(500-sp)/5

10*5=500-sp

50=500-sp

sp=500-50

sp=450..........selling price of one one watch

sp=500+105

sp=605.....................total selling price

cp=1000.........................total cost price

it is a loss

loss%=cp-sp/cp*100

loss%=1000-605/1000*100

loss%=1000-605/10

loss%=395/10

loss%=39.5
