The total amount spent = x+x+1+x+2+x+3+x+4 = Rs.5x+10

∴ x = 11
The dates are 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
If the total amount is 60
then 5x+10 = 60
⇒ 5x =60-10
⇒ 5x = 50
⇒ x = 50/5
∴ x = 10
The dates will be 10, 11, 12, 13, 14
