A concentrated solution of salt means high solute content than solvent. When we drink highly concentrated solution of salt, the water from the cells move out to balance the concentration because the solute concentration is higher outside than inside. This balance of solute solvent content both inside and outside of a cell is called osmosis.
When water moves out of the cell to balance, the cells shrink and since there is concentrated solution of salt, the cells will shrink to a highly dangerous level. This cases excess water in the stomach and cause a person too vomit.
