Force= m * a

F= 0.1 kg * 20/5 m/sec square

F=0.1 *4

F= 0.4 newton

Answer:

A person threw ball of mass 100 g Speed 20m/sec it came to rest after 5 second.

a=(v−u)/t⇒

a=(0−20)/0.01=−2000m/s

2

F=m×a⇒

F=0.1×2000=200 N.

The hand apply equal and opposite force of 200 N.
