First do the prime factors of 144.

So,you will get,

2, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3

Since the biggest number in a dice is 6. So,

First possibility = 4, 4, 3, 3

Second possibility = 2, 2, 6, 6

Since no more combination can be made so there are 2 ways.
