Distance-?

Displacement-?

Distance= circumference of the circular path

             =  2 \pi r

             = 2\times3.14\times7

             =  43.96

Displacement= if he completes 4/4th that is full circle, of a circular path then his displacement is 0. {because displacement is equal to the shortest distance as his initial and final point is same so displacement is zero.}

AnSwEr :

{\red\bigstar\large\bold{\mathrm{\underline{\green{Given:}}}}}

Radius = 7 m

He completes 4/4th of circle (means he take one complete round around the circle)

{\red\bigstar\large\bold{\mathrm{\underline{\green{To\:Find:}}}}}

Distance Covered

Displacement

{\red\bigstar\large\bold{\mathrm{\underline{\green{Solution:}}}}}

Distance Covered :

• Distance covered will be the circumference of the circle i.e. 2πr .

\sf 2 \times \dfrac{22}{7} \times 7

\sf 2 \times 22

\sf 44\:m

DISTANCE COVERED = 44 m

Displacement :

Since , it is mentioned he takes one complete round , therefore , Displacement here will turn out to be ZeRo .

Reason : Displacement is defined as the shortest distance between the initial and final point . Here initial and final point turns out be same , therefore , Displacement is zero here .

DISPLACEMENT = 0
