the maximum magnitude of displacement will be the opposite vertice from the vertice frm where he started....
i.e. the diagonal of the square area...
perimeter=4×100=400sq.m
diagonal=side√2=100√2m=100×1.414=141.4m
therefore the required answer is 141.4m
