hey maximum displacement is of the diagonals
diagonal²= 100²+100²
d²= 20000
d=√20000=141...... = 141 ( estimated)

displacement : The minimum distance from initial position to final position.
maximum magnitude of displacement in any time interval is diagonal of the square.
let assume that square is ABCD here diagonal are AC and BC each side have 100m length so
AB = BC = CD = AD = 100m
apply Pythagoras theorom.
AC² = AB²+BC²
AC² = (100)²+(100)²
AC² = (10²)²+(10²)²
AC² = 2×10⁴
AC = √2×10⁴
AC = 10²√2
AC = 100√2 m
so answer is 100√2m
