 \large \underline{ \underline{ \sf \: Solution : \:  \:  \: }}

We know that ,

  \large \fbox{\fbox{ \sf Time \:  period =  \frac{1}{ \: Frequency \: }   }}

\to \sf  T =  \frac{1}{600}  \\   \\  \to \sf T =  0.001666667 \: sec

Thus , the required value of time period is 0.001666667 sec

Answer:

Given:-

frequency \: of \: sound \: n = 600hz

To find:-

time \: period \: between \: successive

compressions,T=?

solution:-

T= \frac{1}{n}  =  \frac{1}{600}

 = 1.7 \times 10 {}^{ - 3} s

Time  \: period,T=0.0002 s

hope it helps you......❤️❤️
