The person who owns and sells agricultural goods with the help of a handcart is often called as a Costermonger.

Costermonger is often confused with the Hawker but the hawker carries his agricultural goods on his head through some shallow type trays or baskets and walks over the streets to sell it.

Drover does not deal with any agricultural goods as he only involves in aiding the movement of cattle from one place to another.
