The combination of A-ve with A+ve or B-ve is so fatal because the antigen and antibody present are not the same. It means that the new blood will not be accepted by the receiver and will due due to blood clotting because the receiver body detects the new blood as an intruder and fight against each other and gets clotted and results in the death of the receiver.
