Subject: Regarding poor customer service

Dear Sir/Madam

On 8 April 2020, I had purchased a 1.5 tonne split a/c from your company. I was told by your staff that the air conditioner would be delivered at my residence by 9 April 2020, evening 7.00 pm

It has been more than 5 days since I had made the purchase, however, till now the air conditioner has not been delivered at my residence. I had called up your customers service on 10 April 2020, 11.15 am, and they had assured me that the air conditioner would be delivered the same day by 5.00 pm.  But till date I did not receive the air conditioner. After that I made repeated calls, but i did not get any positive response.

Therefore, I kindly request you take necessary actions against the concerned staff for poor customer service; the details of which is enclosed this letter. Also, please ensure that the air conditioner is delivered latest by 16 April 2020. If this is not done, I shall be compelled to file a complaint at the National Consumer Forum.
