On 11 June 2020, I had purchased a MG Toaster costing INR 7500 from your online shop. I had received the product promptly on 16 June 2020. However, on opening the package I had found out that the product was in damaged condition
I have been a loyal customer of your brand for the last 8 years, and have always been satisfied and happy with all my purchases so far. However, this is the first time that a defective product has been sent, which I am sure must be done inadvertently.
