It is illegal to take children without a court order unless they were removed via emergency protection. In other words, the police would have to take them because they were certain if they didn`t the children were sure to be hurt/ injured seriously/ killed. You need to contact the caseworker who is over them and request visitation. Start paying child support. Get receipts for it.
