H2,height of cylinder=18cm
radius of cone =radius of cylinder =21/2
volume=
\pi  {r}^{2} h + \pi  {r}^{2} h \div 3
=22/7*21/2*21/2*18+22/7*21/2*21/2*9*1/3
=14553/2
=7276.5cm^3
