Explain why the pH changed in this way. ​

Fresh milk has a pH between 6.5 and 6.7. As milk goes sour, it becomes more acidic and the pH gets lower. This occurs as lactobacillus in milk converts the sugar lactose into lactic acid. The pH value of lactic acid is greater than fresh milk. so you can see the decline in pH value
