A pharmacetical company produces 24,800 capsules of a particular medicine in a day . The company packs 800 capsules in a small container and charges ₹400 per container . If all the capsules produced on a particular day are sold , what will be the collection in terms of rupees?

first you need to divide the amount of capsules produced in one day by the no of capsules packed =24800
 \frac{24800}{800}
then you will get total no of containers = 31

hence to find out total collection of money in one day you have to multiply 31 by 400
you get 12400
