Answer:

We will use the following formula :

eV = hf

Where eV is the energy of the photon

h = planks constant = 6.62 × 10⁻³⁴

f = frequency

f = C / Y

C = Speed of light = 3.0 × 10⁸m/s

Y = Wavelength

Substituting in the formula :

5 =( 6.62 × 10⁻³⁴ × 3 ×10⁸) / Y

Y = (6.62 × 10⁻³⁴ × 3 × 10⁸) / 5 = 3.972 × 10⁻²⁶m

E =ch/ lemda

=ch/E

E=10^5eV= 10^5×1.6×10^-19

= 1.6 × 10^-14J

therefore,

= 6.62 × 10 ^ -34 × 3 × 10^8/1.6 × 10^-19

= 12.4 × 10^-7m

✌hope it will help u
