Using the formula of the Relative error,

% Of Relative Error = % of Error in a + 2 × % of error in b - 3 × % of error in C.

Formula ⇒ As per as the formula, I have multiplied the error to the same numbers as there powers are raised. And also, I have added those % errors which are in multiplication and division.

Now, % Error in Physical Quantity  =  1 + 4 + 9

= 14 %

Hope it helps.
