The weight of the book on the Earth is 21.56 N.

Explanation:

Mass of book, m = 2.2 kg

It is required to find the weight of the book on Earth. The value of acceleration due to gravity on Earth is 9.8 m/s².Weight is given by :

W = mg

W=2.2\ kg\times 9.8\ m/s^2\\\\W=21.56\ N

So, the weight of the book on the Earth is 21.56 N.
