SOLUTION:-
Perimeter of picture:-
Length=1.8 metres
=1.8×100
=180 centimetres
Bredth= 60 centimetres
Ratio to it's width to perimeter:-
width = 60 centimetres
Perimeter = 400 centimetres
Ratio = 60:400
Hence, the ratio of the picture to it's width to it's perimeter Is 3:20.
