A piece of cloth is 7/8 meter broke into two piece is 1/4 meter long.how is other piece ?

x = 7/8 m - 1/4 m

x = 7/8 m - 2/8 m

= 5/8 metres.

if the on is 1/4 then the other will be 7/8-1/4 = 7/8-2/8=5/8

hence , the remaining part is 5/8 m or 825 m
