Let the length be x,

8x=\frac{4}{5}

x=\frac{4}{5} / \frac{8}{1}

x=\frac{4}{5} * \frac{1}{8}

x= \frac{1}{10}

Length of each piece is 1/10m .

Answer:

Your right ans. is 10 cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

4/5 m is convert into cm.

Since, 1 m = 100 cm

So, 4/5 * 100 = 80 cm

Now,

Total length = 80 cm

Total piece by equal length = 8 pieces

So, 80/8 = 10 cm

The length of each piece = 10 cm ans.
