A piece of ice floating in a glass of water melts but the level of water in the glass does not change explain this phenomenon

This phenomenon is called as anomalous behavior of water, when water freezes it's volume increases but when it melts and transforms again back into water it's volume decrease due to which when piece of ice melt water level dues not increases.
