density=mass/volume

=195/25

=7.8gram per meter cube

now in kg per meter

mass=0.195

volume=0.025

.195/0.025

=7.8kg per meter cube

Answer:

The density of iron in grams per cubic centimetre is 7.8 and kg per cubic metre is 7800.

Explanation:

Given

Volume of a piece of iron(V)=25cm³

Mass of iron(m)=195 g

Density(D) in g/cm³ and kg/m³=?

To find the value of density of iron in g/cm³ and kg/m³

Solution:

Using the formula of density

Density=\frac{Mass}{Volume}

=195/25

=7.8 g/cm³

Again

To change the unit from g/cm³ to kg/m³

Divide 7.8  g/cm³ by  1000 in the numerator and divide by 100×100×100 in the denominator

⇒7.8/1000/1/10⁶ kg/m³

⇒7.8/1000×10⁶ kg/m³

⇒7800 kg/m³

Hence, the value of density of iron in g/cm³ is 7.8, and kg/m³ is 7800.
